On Tuesday, April 02 2024, the Chief of the Hellenic National Defence General Staff (HNDGS) General Dimitrios Choupis, met in his office with the Ambassador of Italy in Greece, Mr. Paolo Cuculi.
During the meeting, issues of mutual interest were discussed with an emphasis on current developments in the Eastern Mediterranean and the Middle East, military cooperation between Greece and Italy, as well as its significant contribution to the strategic relationship between the two countries, promoting peace, security and stability in the Mediterranean region.
