On Wednesday 20th of November 2024, the Chief of the Hellenic National Defence General Staff (HNDGS) General Dimitrios Choupis, decorated the Commander of the 7th Αrmoured Βrigade (FRA) Brigadier General Philippe Le Carff with the “Medal of Honour and Value”.
The ceremony was attended by the Ambassador of France in Greece HE Mrs. Laurence Auer and the Chief of the Hellenic Army General Staff (HAGS) Lieutenant General Georgios Kostidis.
On the other hand, Brigadier General Philippe Le Carff decorated with the “Médaille de la Défense Nationale” the Commanders of the XXV Αrmoured Βrigade (GRC), Brigadier General Elias Tsevdos (present Commander) and the Brigadier General Panteleimon Vasileiadis (previous Commander).
The whole activity took place in Xanthi, after the Distinguished Visitors Day (DVDay) of the multinational FTX “OLYMPIC COOPERATION-24”.
