On Thursday, June 6, 2024, the initial recognition process of the Italian Airworthiness Authority (Direzione degli Armamenti Aeronautici e per l’Aeronavigabilità – DAAA) was successfully completed by the Hellenic National Military Airworthiness Authority (HNMAA)
The recognition applies to all airworthiness activities performed by this authority in the areas of design, production and maintenance for all aircraft under its auspices, and was carried out using the European Military Airworthiness Document “Recognition Process” (EMAD R), which is a standard process for the recognition of aviation/airworthiness authorities.
