The Hellenic National Defence Staff announces that the Chief of the Armed Forces General Staff of Sweden General HAKAN SYPEN, will visit Greece officially, from the 1st to the 3rd of October 2—7, following an invation by the Hellenic CHOD, General Dimitrios Grapsas.
During his visit the Swedish CHOD will be received in a Full Honors Ceremony at PAPAGOS Camp, and will cooperate with the Hellenic CHOD on issues of mutual military interest, with the perspective of further developing the military cooperation between the two countries in the frame of the EAPC/PfP and the European Union.
General Syren will also visit military units in the Athens area, and will be guided to museums and archaeological sites.
