It is announced that, the Chief of the Hellenic National Defence General Staff , Admiral Panagiotis Chinofotis, will visit Finland from 24 to 26 April 2007, responding an invitation extended by the Chief of the Armed Forces of Finland, Admiral Pauli Juhani Kaskeala.
The two Chiefs will cooperate on matters of mutual military interest, issues regarding the military structures of the EU and particularly the current participation of both countries in
« ΑLTHEA» operation and the UN and EU-led operations, and the development of bilateral cooperation as well.
The Chief of the Hellenic National Defence General Staff will also visit military facilities in Finland.
