It is announced that the Chief of the Armed Forces General Staff of the Serbian Republic, Major General Zdravko PONOS, will pay an official visit to Greece from 07 to 09 December 2006, invited by the Chief of the Hellenic National Defence General Staff, Admiral Panagiotis Chinofotis, HN.
The Chief of the Serbian Armed Forces, following a Full Honors Welcome ceremony at “PAPAGOS” camp, will have cooperation with the Hellenic Chief of Defence on bilateral military issues, and the perspective of further broadening cooperation between the two countries. The 2007 Military Cooperation Program will also be signed .
Major General Zdravko PONOS will also have a courtesy call to the Hellenic Minister of National Defence, Mr. Evangelos Meimarakis.
Additionally, during his visit in Greece, he will have guided tours at museums and archaeological sites.
