The Hellenic National Defence General Staff announces that the Chief of the Armed Forces and First Deputy Minister of Defence of the Russian Federation General Yury Baluevskiy, will visit Greece from 25 to 27 March 2006, officially invited by the Chief of the Hellenic National Defence General Staff, Admiral Panagiotis Chinofotis ΗΝ.
General Baluevskiy, following his official reception at? “PAPAGOU” military base, will have formal discussions with the Chief of the Hellenic National Defence General Staff Admiral Panagiotis Chinofotis, on military issues, aiming to further the bilateral military cooperation.
General Yury Baluevskiy, will also have a courtesy call with the Minister of National Defence, Mr Evangelos-Vasilios I. Meimarakis.
Furthermore, during his stay in our country, General Yury Baluevskiy will be provided with guided tours at various archaeological sites.
