On Tuesday 5 July 2016, the HNDGS Chief, Admiral Evangelos Apostolakis HN met at his office with the Chief of the Romanian Naval Forces Staff, Rear Admiral Alexandru Mirsu who is paying an official visit to Greece following an invitation extended by his counterpart, Vice Admiral George Giakoumakis HN.
During the meeting, the two men discussed mutual interest issues related to the present security environment as well as the problems resulting from the refugee / migration flows in the Balkans.
