General Sir John Mc Coll, will pay an official visit to Athens, from 27 to 29 January 2009, officially invited by the Hellenic National Defense Chief of Staff, General Dimitrios Grapsas.
In parallel with his NATO duties, General Sir John Mc Coll, is Commander of the European Union’s Operations, when NATO means and capabilities are made use of.
General Sir John Mc Coll, following the official reception at the HNDGS at 09:30 on the 28th of January 2009, will have an extensive meeting with the ChoD General Dimitrios Grapsas, over issues of bilateral military cooperation, Alliance’s Defence Policy and on issues affecting the current EU operations.
