It is announced that on 22nd of December 2008, an HNDGS Delegation visited the Pedo Psychiatric Hospital of Athens offering gifts and clothing and exchanged wishes for Christmas and the New Year.
The Pedo Psychiatric Hospital, hosting handicapped children, consists of 10 divisions.
The HNDGS delegation visited the following divisions:
• “The Spiti tou Iliou” (“House of the Sun”) boarding school in Artemida, where mentally retarded young adults are hosted.
• The house of autistics “Aggelia” in Nea Makri, hosting 10 children.
• “To Spiti”, the teenagers’ house of Pallini, hosting 6 teenagers.
