On Tuesday, November 7, 2017, the 2018 Military Cooperation Program (MCP), between Greece and Bulgaria was signed at the HNDGS HQs.
The MCP was signed by the Director of HNDGS International Relationships Directorate, Brigadier General Miltiadis Grylakis, and the Deputy Director of the Boulgarian MoD Defence Policy Directorate, Colonel Vencislav Vassilev.
This MCP includes activities in the fields of operational and individual training, information exchange and SOF cooperation.
