On Thursday, April 4 2019, the Chief of the HNDGS, General Christos Christodoulou, made an official visit to the Republic of North Macedonia, where he met with the Minister of Defense Radmila Shekerinska, as well as his counterpart, Lieutenant General Vasko Gjurchinovski.
During the bilateral meeting, there were talks regarding the additional reinforcement of military cooperation, the policing of the aforementioned country’s air space within the context of NATO, as well as Greece’s contribution for the rapid incorporation of the neighboring nation’s military infrastructure into the Alliance’s standards.
