On Thursday 6th of February 2020, the Chief of Defence (CHOD) General Konstantinos Floros met at Camp “PAPAGOU” with the Chairman of the EU Military Committee (CEUMC) General Claudio Graziano, in the light of his official visit to Athens (from 5 up to 7 February 2020).
During their meeting, they discussed many issues such as the international security environment with regard to Middle East, North Africa and Eastern Mediterranean. Moreover, the CEUMC was briefed about the Hellenic Defence Policy, the Hellenic Armed Forces’ priorities and their participation in different programmes (PESCO).
