On Wednesday, 4th September 2019, the Greek Chief of Defense (CHOD), General (HAF) Christos Christodoulou, attended the Balkan Countries CHODs Conference, that took place in Bucharest.

The meeting was also attended by the Chairman of the Military Committee (CMC), Air Chief Marshal Sir Stuart Peach as well as by the United Nations (UN) Military Adviser of Peacekeeping Operations, Lieutenant General Carlos Humberto Loitey.

The agenda of the conference included issues such as the “South-East Europe Education and Training Network (SEETN) Program”, the security environment in the Balkan region, the scheduled Field Training Exercise (FTX) “BALKAN BRIDGE – 19” and the Peace Support Operations.
